Deletion happens immediately and cannot be undone.
If you can no longer access the app, email support@ocroon.com from the Google account email you signed up with, with the subject "Delete my Ocroon account". We verify the request against your sign-in email and complete it within 30 days.
Your profile, photos, matches, chat messages, blocks, device tokens, and daily usage counters are permanently erased. Your account can no longer be recovered, and signing in again with the same Google account creates a completely new, empty account.
Safety reports are retained in anonymized form (they no longer reference your identity), and we may keep minimal records where the law requires it. Details are in the Privacy Policy.
